A message in favor of the animal cause
“Many thanks to the cute puppies, the awesome agents and the gas station clerk,” the police department wrote on social media of the puppy rescue.
The department also encouraged readers to adopt rather than buy from breeders.
Days later, the Tulsa Police Department said in a second Facebook post that the puppies rescued at Christmas “are now growing fast and doing well.”
All four officers even made their national television debuts! They were interviewed by the press to testify on the rescue of the puppies sitting on their knees throughout the show!
