Last month, as Debra Vasquez’s mother mourned the loss of her beloved dog who died of cancer days earlier, her family received a call that left them speechless as reported by CBS 4 Miami . And for good reason, the Humane Society of Broward County, Texas, called their daughter, Debra, to tell her that a dog had just landed at the shelter that day abandoned by a woman. The dog in question? A Chihuahua cross named King.
