The police also discovered Jada’s puppy, also in very poor health. Jada’s masters received heavy penalties for violence against animals.
Unfortunately, things have not improved for Jada. The poor dog had barely recovered from her injuries when the vet found something terrible in her medical tests.
The entire rescue team was devastated to learn that Jada was suffering from a severe form of cancer that had already spread to her lungs and would slowly kill her.
The cancer diagnosis came as a shock to Jada, but the veterinary team and the shelter lent a hand to turn this depressing news into something that made sense.
They then made a list of things to experience for Jada and made it a point of honor to have her accomplish all of this before the end of her days.
