Usually, canines and felines don’t mix well and are even rivals. But Suria and the pack never knew any tension. They form a real family , united and benevolent. From Sunny’s birth, Suria taught her little one to be very gentle with dogs. And of course, the dogs adopted the little tiger like it was their brother. Yveta Irsova created the sanctuary in 1999. More than 15 years later, it is now home to 28 tigers, 23 of which were born on site. An undeniable sign that the tigers are happy and fulfilled there . Far from wanting to create a zoo and exhibit caged animals, Yveta wants to make her contribution to the protection of Siberian tigers with ambitious breeding programs. We take our hats off to him.
