They find a dog tied up in a train station, opening the suitcase next to him they can’t believe

The wanted culprit

It is considered a crime to abandon an animal in Scotland. It is therefore natural that the culprit was immediately actively sought. Unfortunately, the owner registered on the microchip was Kai’s former handler, who sold the dog back in 2013.

The new buyer then attempted to sell Kai on an online classifieds site to a woman who quickly became suspicious when she saw that the photo on the site was not of Kai. Seeing that the dog is very skinny, the woman then allegedly asked the man for a ride with Kai before buying him. The man accepts and asks for a small sum of money as insurance before running away without ever returning. Overwhelmed by the situation, the woman then tied the dog to the train station with her belongings and left after telling a member of staff that this dog was not hers.

A new start for Kai

Now supported by the SPA, Kai was able to receive the necessary care, but the pooch also needed an expensive operation on an eyelid. Thanks to its history which touched the whole country, donations arrived and the operation could take place. Many people also volunteered to adopt Kai and provide him with a home.

It was finally with Ian Russell, 52, that Kai went to live and the least we can say is that he found the best house possible.

A nice end to a story that had started badly.
