Completely matted hairs
By dint of living on the streets without receiving proper care, the hairs had formed huge knots in his fur. It was a Spanish Water Dog who was in dire need of help.
Rescuers took him back to the shelter and sheared, washed and dewormed him before taking him to be examined by a veterinarian. They named him Tommy and his new name is a sign of a new start in life.
We wish Tommy the best of luck in finding a family who will make sure to take care of him for the rest of his life!
