The dog was then quickly taken to a veterinarian for examination. Named Negrito, he will need some time to fully recover, but should not have any after-effects.
As for the jaguar, its rescue required the intervention of the Mexican Navy so that no risk is taken for anyone. He was then released into the jungle, in the deepest of calm.
