A plan that works wonderfully
Fortunately, their strategy worked really well and as soon as the adorable mom returned to where they found her, she led them to her four three week old puppies.
Employees returned the five dogs to the shelter for all to be examined. At the shelter, the puppies were able to rest in a safe and warm place, where they were showered with love.
The employees renamed the puppies Rose, Blanche, Sophia and Dorthy, after the names of the actresses from the American television show The Golden Girls. Their mom was named Betty after Betty White, one of the show’s favorite actresses.
Height of happiness, the four babies and the mother dog have all found their families for life in loving homes, thanks to the wonderful team of the refuge!
