Puppy gets head stuck in wooden board and requires police intervention

The Cornhole? A tricky game for dogs

Ace is a lively and above all curious 10 week old puppy. Unfortunately for him, his owners found him with his head stuck in the hole of a wooden board intended to play Cornhole (or pocket game).

This activity involves throwing bags filled with corn kernels into the holes in a wooden board. Ace’s tiny head seemed to fit the size of a sack of corn perfectly as he managed to squeeze it in. But not to bring it out.

Its owners have tried everything to find a solution, to no avail. They therefore had to call the local police to help their puppy. An original mission that the agents took particularly to heart. Once at the scene of the “crime”, it only took a few minutes for them to come up with a plan of action.

The owners were tasked with holding Ace and reassuring him as the police painstakingly cut the wooden plank with a saw to free the animal’s head.

Ace got away with no scratches. To celebrate this release, a few days later he received his Easter basket filled, not with eggs, but with toys!

A mishap that these owners should not soon forget.
