Indeed, on January 23, late in the evening, in Rybnik, Poland, rescuers received a disturbing call informing them of the case of an extremely neglected dog.
Rescue operation
Arriving at the places indicated, the rescuers were stunned: there was indeed a dog there, attached to a thick chain and its coat was in a dramatic state. The animal had dug a pit under the house where it could take shelter from the cold.
