A vile act
According to several sources, Buddy was found on April 22 with his mouth on fire. A reward of more than $ 10,000 has been put into play for anyone providing information about the incident.
It was finally a 12-year-old boy who confessed to setting Buddy on fire.
Under state law, minors cannot be criminally charged with animal abuse due to their young age.
The dog is currently being treated at Mississippi State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine for his extremely serious burns.
