The poor doggie was found in the Oklahoma City Energy parking lot. Not only was he totally dehydrated, but his health was very worrying. Fortunately, it has fallen into good hands.
Static is an adorable doggie who has been through hell. Found in a parking lot, in the scorching heat, the poor dog was also covered with scabies and infections. He was doing very badly, and could not have survived long alone in this state and in this heat.
Fortunately, he was seen and the Mutt Misfits Animal Rescue Society decided to take him in to give him a new chance and a well-deserved new start.
